Leon Mencken's Story (The second familiar face) Leon Mencken was against being filthy; he usually presented himself clean and spotless.  Image meant a lot to Leon, mainly because he had been brought up being told that, "You will always be judged by your physical appearance."  His mother had told him that several times when he and his brothers were younger, and similar to my life his mother had died when Leon was young.  The only difference was that Leon's father remarried after every wife, which was actually a grand total of four wives (His father was known for being a ladies man.)  When Leon's mother died, he took to heart everything
